A man is charged with cyberstalking after he reportedly sent strange Instagram messages to a number of female LSU students.

The LSU Police arrested 42-year-old Benjamin Bryson on Friday on the misdemeanor charge.

Bryson was caught last month taking pictures of license plates in a parking lot on Sorority Row, and couldn't explain to campus police what he was up to.

Students started receiving the troubling Instagram messages later in the month, and Bryson reportedly approached one woman as she walked around the LSU Lakes.
