The West Baton Rouge Parish Council is revoking the liquor license of a bar where a deadly shooting happened in the parking lot.

Police say 21-year-old Trey Allen of Livonia was shot and killed outside Raxx Bar and Grill in Erwinville last month. Two 17-year-olds have been arrested for the shooting.

District Attorney Tony Clayton stated at Thursday's hearing that Raxx allowed minors inside the club, served them alcohol, and didn't check for weapons.

He claimed all three factors contributed to the death of Allen.
