A Baton Rouge cop is now in custody on kidnapping and sex battery charges.
Officer Donald Steele Jr. turned himself in this morning a day after an arrest warrant was issued.
He's accused of pulling a Southern University student over in June and suggesting her good looks would keep her from being arrested for DWI.
Steele is also accused of groping the woman and sending her sexually explicit texts.
He's on administrative leave while police investigate.
