The East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office says they have arrested a fifth person in connection to a fatal shooting at an IHOP last May.
Arrest records released yesterday show that 19-year-old Trevell Jarrell is charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, obstruction of justice, simple arson, and illegal possession of stolen things.
Police say Jarrell and four others traveled from Zachary to the IHOP in Siegen in a stolen car and shot two employees on their break.
The four other suspects in the shooting were arrested in June.
