Opponents of the redevelopment of an area on Highland Road at Bluebonnet say they are disappointed in a vote by Metro Council.
Tthe Metro Council Zoning Board voted 7-1 Wednesday to re-zone the area for housing and retail use.
More than 400 people submitted objections to the re-zoning over concerns about flooding and increased traffic.
The planned development will include 240 apartments, office space, retail space, and a restaurant with a drive-thru.
