Plans for two subdivisions are moving forward following a meeting yesterday by the East Baton Rouge Planning Commission.
The Commission approved plans for the Park at Jones Creek, 23 townhomes along Jones Creek Road, and a 150-lot development called Eliza Gardens along Burbank Drive.
It also deferred a proposed 986-home subdivision at Groom Road and Old Scenic Highway and will reexamine it in 30 days.
One proposal for 26 homes along South Harrell's Road was denied by the Commission.
