The YMCA is gearing up to launch a free summer challenge.
Organizers say through the three-week Summer Out Loud Challenge, three texts will be sent out each week filled with motivation, workouts, and family fun activities to try.
By completing the challenges in the passport, participants will be entered to win a one-year household membership to the YMCA of the Capital Area and the national grand prize of a family vacation of your choice.
To pick up your Summer Out Loud passport, visit any YMCA in the capital region and for more information visit the YMCA website.
The grand prize winner will be announced on August 13.
