Tony Spell Pleads Not Guilty To Violating Governor's Emergency Order

A Louisiana pastor is pleading not guilty to six misdemeanor counts of violating the governor's emergency protective order.

Pastor Tony Spell of Life Tabernacle Church continued to hold church services with hundreds of people regardless of the governor limiting social gatherings to ten people or less.

Spell refused to wear a mask to enter the courthouse and was denied entry while his legal teamed pled not guilty on his behalf.
