The Baton Rouge Police Department held a press conference Monday afternoon to address a video on social media of an officer kneeling on a teen.
The initial video appeared to show the officer kneeling on the minor's neck. A still image from the officer's body camera released by BRPD appeared to show the officer kneeling on the teen's back.
BRPD Chief Murphy Paul told reporters the two officers involved in the incident were placed on administrative leave while an internal investigation is being conducted.
