The National Football League is cutting the number of preseason games this year from four to two due to COVID-19.
The NFL is expected to confirm the new schedule today, which could see only teams play their week two and week three games with week one and four canceled.
For the Saints its means they may miss out playing against the Los Angeles Rams and the Miami Dolphins.
The Saints preseason schedule would then consist of a matchup with Pittsburgh on August 23rd and Houston on August 29th.
