Two women are behind bars in connection with a December 2019 incident.
Anne Rolfes and Katherine McIntosh turned themselves in yesterday with the assistance of their attorneys following an incident on December 11th, 2019.
According to police, the two women left a suspicious package on the porch of a Baton Rouge home with a note on top of the package that indicated the package shouldn't be opened because its contents could be hazardous.
Officials say hazmat crews were called to help investigate the situation.
The two women have been charged with terrorizing and principal to terrorizing.
