Cristobal Weakens To Tropical Depression, Still Poses Flash Flood Risk

What was once Tropical Storm Cristobal is now a tropical depression, weakening as it moves inland but it's still dumping a lot of rain on the Gulf Coast.

The storm's sustained winds are blowing at 35 miles an hour.

Heavy rains and storm surges are threatening communities along the Gulf Coast from Southeastern Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle.

A moderate flash flood threat stretches from the Gulf Coast northward into upper Mississippi, Arkansas and Missouri.
