Louisiana State University is putting a halt on all spring commencement ceremonies due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

School officials made the announcement yesterday and added that the postponement includes the Veterinary School and the Law Center as well.

Students are asked to fill out a survey so plans can be made for a future ceremony, and so that diplomas can be mailed to the correct address.

Administrators have not said when students will be able to walk the stage in a proper ceremony.
