Dozens of people are helping clean up the graffiti ridden North Baton Rouge area.
Councilwoman Tara Wicker and M&M Industrial partnered up with dozens of volunteers over the weekend to scrub 50 different buildings around Florida Boulevard and Plank Road.
According to reports, Wicker announced the event shortly after police arrested Brandon Hayes for tagging all over the city, including the historic Sweet Olive Cemetery.
Organizers say most of the graffiti was painted over or power-washed away.
