A 14-year-old student at Lee High School is behind bars on a charge of committing terroristic acts.
The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff said the teen was taken into custody yesterday after an investigation stemming from online threats made against the school over the weekend.
On Monday, as classes were out for MLK Day, Principal Rob Howle informed parents that the school has a zero-tolerance policy for that type of behavior, and classes would go on as planned with an increased security presence.
