A teenager charged with the shooting death of his alleged kidnapper father is out on bail today.

Templet's family claims the teen's father had kidnapped the boy when he was five years old and held him in seclusion for ten years.
He was reportedly allowed to go home with a GPS tracking ankle cuff while he awaits trial.
