(Baton Rouge, LA) -- Charges are being dropped against a former LSU student who was arrested two years ago in connection to the hazing death of a freshman. Prosecutors say Patrick Forde is no longer facing charges in the 2017 death of Max Gruver. Forde reportedly testified against his fraternity brother Matthew Naquin who was sentenced to prison for the negligent homicide. East Baton Rouge District Attorney officials say Naquin was the ringleader of the drunken frat party that ended in Gruver's death.
