Officials Seek Support For Mississippi River Bridge Proposal

Officials are airing a new TV commercial this weekend in hopes of garnering support for the new Mississippi River Bridge project.

State Senator Rick Ward says the billion-dollar bridge requires full community support as it will mean more taxes for residents.

Five locations have already been proposed for the project but an official site has yet to be selected.

No date has been set for when residents will vote on the bridge proposal.
