With four weeks before voters cast their votes in the Louisiana primary, Governor John Bel Edwards is leading his two opponents.
Results of a recent poll released over the weekend show Edwards taking 47% of the vote while his closest rival Ralph Abraham trails with 24% and Eddie Rispone in third place with 16%.
Louisiana's primary is set for October 12th with early voting to begin on September 28th.
