The opening for Baton Rouge's new downtown library is being postponed once again.
The long-delayed project has been pushed back to opening possibly in November, back from the previous September or October window.
According to reports, the delay is based on the current progress of construction and is not due to any single specific issue.
The project was fast-tracked after the city spend several months dealing with structural failing that delayed construction.
