Hepatitis A cases are reaching an all-time 20-year high in Louisiana.

The state Department of Health says the number of infections has risen to 375 this year following an outbreak.

The areas with the most cases are in Livingston and East Baton Rouge parishes.

In an average year, Louisiana only sees around 10 to 15 new cases.

Experts says homeless outreach programs in New Orleans has helped keep cases low in the metro area.
