Volunteers Needed For Community Cleanup Day In Baton Rouge

Volunteers are needed for the next installment of Operation Fresh Start, the community-led clean up and beautification project.

Baton Rouge Mayor-president Sharon Weston Broome said the event will take place on Saturday, July 20th between 8 and 11 a.m.

Anyone interested in helping will be provided with cleanup supplies thanks to the non-profit Keep Baton Rouge Beautiful.

Anyone interested can sign up online to help at one of seven designated areas.
