Police are investigating the discovery of a body at BREC Park yesterday in Baton Rouge.
The body of an 18-year-old man was found in the park on Perkins Road at Kenilworth Parkway near Olympia Stadium on Wednesday just before 1 p.m.
Our news partners at BRProud.com say the man was identified as Davonta Deon London. His cause of death remains unknown, though the body did show signs of trauma to the head.
Witnesses say a vehicle dumped the body in the park and then headed toward Highland Road.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police immediately.
