The husband of a slain Brusly High School teacher is asking a state appeals court to throw out his grisly confession.
Police say last year Oscar Lozada admitted to killing and dismembering his wife Sylviane Finck Lozada back in 2011.
But, Lozada says that confession, which was made last October, isn't valid because a detective failed to allow him access to a lawyer.
Lozada will appear in court next on June 12th.
