Brusly Elementary School is being hit hard by the flu, causing dozens of students and teachers to call out sick.
On Wednesday, the school reported about 150 students and 20 teachers were absent after the bug quickly made it's way across campus. It's believed that the virus may have been spread at a school event earlier in the week.
Cleaning crews were called in to sanitize the campus in hopes of fighting back against the highly contagious illness. School gets out for summer vacation next week.
