An investigation continues into a shooting that left a nightclub security guard dead.
Baton Rouge police say 37-year-old Deswin Hardin was fatally wounded while trying to break up a fight early Saturday morning at Peyton's Lounge on North Acadian Thruway West.
A second guard was wounded, his injuries said to be non-life-threatening.
An investigation led to the arrest of 45-year-old Joseph Butler on charges of first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder.
