Authorities in West Baton Rouge Parish are awaiting the return of an inmate who escaped from the jail early Saturday morning.
Authorities caught up with 37-year-old Jimmy Wayne Gioele in Memphis, Tennessee yesterday.
He was serving time on burglary and drug charges when he fled the jail grounds while taking out the trash as he worked in the kitchen as a trustee.
