Officials say a woman is dead and two people are injured, one of them a firefighter, after a blaze erupted at a residence in the Pollard Estates area of Baton Rouge.
Crews rolled to the scene just before 8:30 last night. Two vehicles located in the driveway of the Hibiscus Drive home also caught fire.
No word on the cause of the fire or the identity of those injured or killed in the blaze.
