Students and faculty will be grieving the loss of one of their students to this past weekend's quintuple shooting here in south Louisiana.
Their focus will be on 17-year-old Tanner Earnest, who died along with his father Bill and his sister, Summer in the Livingston Parish home. Two events will be held to honor Tanner and raise funds to offset funeral expenses.
Students will be allowed to wear red today, while tomorrow they will hold an event where students can pay to dress in something other than their traditional uniform, the proceeds going to the Earnest family.
