The suspect in Max Gruver's hazing death at Louisiana State University has to give prosecutors his cell phone password.

The judge overseeing the case against Matthew Naquin says the content on the defendant's phone is not protected by the 4th or 5th amendments.

A motion hearing has been set for February 25th, and Naquin is anticipated to comply. He is being charged with negligent homicide in Gruver's death.
