A Baton Rouge man is behind bars after sheriff's deputies say he shot his roommate in the face for allegedly having an affair with his girlfriend.
47-year-old Juan Luna-Garcia is charged with attempted first-degree murder and second-degree kidnapping.
The victim was allegedly shot in the face Sunday night after being confronted about the alleged affair while the two men sat in a car. The victim was last reported in stable condition.
