Drivers in Louisiana keep spending less and less at the gas pump.

AAA reports the statewide average price of regular has dropped to a $1.92 a gallon, down nearly 20 cents from a month ago.

The travel group says prices keep dropping as a result of the lowest demand for gasoline in nearly two years.

A year ago, the average price of regular in the Pelican State was $2.28 a gallon, 36 cents higher than today.
