A Baton Rouge postal service employee is under federal indictment for allegedly dumping hundreds of pieces of mail in a storm drain.
Deandre Cosby is facing a felony charge of unlawful delay or destruction of mail. Authorities say 550 pieces of mail were dumped in the Broadmoor area of the city between July 14th and 16th.
An eyewitness reported the incidents to postal authorities.
