Some folks in Baton Rouge who had been facing criminal charges are off the hook.
East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney Hillar Moore has thus far dismissed seven felony cases, most of them associated with traffic stops by fired city police officer, Yuseff Hamadeh.
Moore doesn't believe the cases involving drugs and firearms will hold up without additional evidence.
Yuseff was terminated from the force for allegedly lying about exchanging gunfire with a fleeing motorist.
