A Baker man is facing life in prison after an East Baton Rouge Parish jury found him guilty of raping two young girls and committing a sex crime on another juvenile female.

The Advocate reports jurors deliberated about 90 minutes before convicting 43-year-old Terence Dawson yesterday.

The crimes allegedly spanned a decade, Dawson allegedly bribing his victims with candy, ice cream and fried chicken to perform sexual acts.

A prosecutor described him as a "master manipulator."
