Baton Rouge police are publicly identifying the two young men killed Monday afternoon after their vehicle they were passengers in collided head-on with a flat-bed tow truck.
The accident on South Foster Drive claimed the lives of 20-year-old Deshon Murphy of Brusly and 19-year-old Tyrin Carter of Baton Rouge.
The driver of the Honda Accord suffered moderate injuries while the truck driver escaped injury.
The cause of the crash is still being investigated.
