WBRZ News 2 reports that a body was found in the Mississippi River Monday morning:
A body was located just before 9 a.m. near the Belle of Baton Rouge. It is unclear if the body is that of the man reported missing Saturday.
An official search for the man ended Sunday afternoon.
The Coast Guard was notified of the incident early Saturday morning that a man, thought to be in his 20s with short hair and a goatee, had jumped into the river near downtown.
The search spanned close to nine hours and 30-square miles before being terminated.
