Issac Back To A Tropical Storm Friday Afernoon

After weakening to a tropical depression, Issac appeared to have enough left in the tank to become a tropical storm again Friday afternoon.

The National Hurricane Center admitted the long-term forecast for Issac is "cloudy", as the European and American models "continue to insist that Isaac will degenerate into a wave within the next 2 or 3 days, which is almost unanimously supported by their respective ensemble members."

As such, the NHC's forecast shows Issac weakening by Sunday and breaking up sometime early next week, but it still recommends interests in Jamaica pay close attention to updates on the system.
