Kids Take EBR School Bus On Joy Ride Saturday

Baton Rouge police are working to identify the three children accused of stealing a school bus Saturday and taking it on a joy ride.

A witness reported seeing the East Baton Rouge Parish Schools bus headed down Mohican Street around the noon hour.

When the vehicle was found in a field near the intersection of McClelland and Highland it was unoccupied and the three kids nowhere to be found.

Police were working to learn how the thieves got access to the bus.
