Drivers heading to Lafayette from Baton Rouge Friday morning are having to take to U.S. Highway 190 after an accident shut down Interstate 10 westbound in Henderson.
The interstate is closed at LA 415, where traffic is being diverted to Highway 190.
It's expected the interstate will be closed for several hours while clean-up continues.
