A member of the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board is publicly groveling after a profanity-laced video went viral of a trespassing incident over the weekend.
Connie Bernard was issued a summons by sheriff's deputies after she allegedly entered a neighboring home illegally, took pictures and got into a heated, physical argument with at least one person attending a party in the residence.
