Both drivers are dead following a head-on crash in West Baton Rouge Parish Sunday morning.
State police say one of them, 47-year-old Joseph Marshall of Maringouin, was impaired when his vehicle crossed the center line of Louisiana 76 in Rosedale.
Troopers say he died at the hospital, while 28-year-old Raphael Pryer, also of Maringouin, died at the scene even though he was wearing a seatbelt.
