A suspicious package left outside the Raising Cane's River Center in downtown Baton Rouge is determined to be nothing but that.
An investigation into the item early last night found it to be no more than a duffel bag with a camera inside it.
Authorities say it posed no threat and the operation of the facility was not impacted.
