Baton Rouge police say a man is behind bars following his arrest Wednesday on multiple felony charges.
They say 25-year-old Andrew Smith is accused of simple robbery, a drive-by shooting and kidnapping. He's alleged to have attacked his former girlfriend back in April and burned her with a cigarette.
The next month he allegedly opened fire on a car whose occupants had a protective order against him, and then last month, Smith is accused of kidnapping the child of an ex-girlfriend.
