Funeral arrangements are set for District 8 East Baton Rouge Parish Metro councilman Buddy Amoroso.
The 61-year-old was killed and a friend seriously injured when their bikes were struck from behind by a vehicle on LA 66 in St. Francisville on Saturday.
A private funeral service will be held for Amoroso on Friday at Christ Presbyterian Church. The date for a public memorial has not been announced.
