An argument between two groups of people in line at a Dillard's store in Baton Rouge is said to have led to gunfire outside a short time later.

Police say the shots were fired early last night in the parking lot adjacent to the business at Cortana Mall, but no one was injured. Those who exchanged the shots fled the scene before officers arrived.

WBRZ News 2 reports:

During the argument, one of the women was heard calling her husband. The woman on the phone was identified as Blanca Munoz.

Witnesses said Munoz told her husband to bring a gun. While in the parking lot, witnesses said that a male suspect matching the description of Munoz's husband pulled out a gun and opened fire on the group of women.

After the shooting, Munoz and her husband fled the scene. Munoz later returned to the scene of the crime with the gun in her car.

Munoz is facing a charge of principal to aggravated assault with a firearm. The arrest report did not say if Munoz's husband had been arrested or charged.
