Baton Rouge police say a man who fell from a bridge in Galveston, Texas while trying to take a selfie is facing a first-degree murder charge in the shooting death of a woman in the capital city.
The bridge incident occurred the day after the June 14th killing of 20-year-old Dedawn Bush on College Drive.
Officials say 38-year-old Billy Pettice has been extradited back to Louisiana, authorities not offering a motive for the shooting of Bush but saying she and the shooter apparently knew each other.
