Three of four inmates who escaped the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center early Sunday morning are now back in custody.
William Deans was located in Morgan City, LA, during the early morning hours of Monday. Two other inmates, 28-year-old Jamie Scarbrough and 18-year-old Tanner Scarbrough were located and apprehended by the Picayune Police Department in Picayune, Mississippi.
Authorities are still searching for Elias Todd.
Four other suspects were arrested as a result of the investigation. Brooke Mcmanus, Bonita Federer, Brandon Collier, and William Haff are all facing charges of assisting escape.
The four were jailed on the following charges:
- Deans - domestic abuse by strangulation
- Jamie Scarbrough - illegal possession of stolen things, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of marijuana
- Tanner Scarbrough - illegal possession of a stolen firearm and possession of a firearm with an obliterated number
- Todd - theft of a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction of justice, theft, and criminal damage to property
