Two 16-year-old males are facing first-degree murder charges in connection with a Tuesday morning homicide in Baton Rouge.
Police say 19-year-old Douglas Chenevert was gunned down during a drug transaction that for unknown reasons went south at the BREC park on 77th Avenue. He died at the scene.
The names of the arrested teens had not been released as of late last night.
