If you hate the high prices of gasoline in Louisiana - hate on, haters. There doesn't appear to be any chance of them going down anytime soon.
At midweek, AAA reports the statewide average price of regular is inching toward $2.55 a gallon and is holding at $2.50 in Baton Rouge.
The fuel is up a dime compared to a month ago and costs 36 cents more than a year ago in the capital city area.
